Our mission is to create wholesome products that can be directly connected to the source; naturally simple ingredients. Bordertown Milling connects consumers to not only the source of the product but also the production.

We use #1 Canadian Western Red Spring Wheat that is grown, milled, sifted and packaged on our family farm.

Our multi-purpose flour is unbleached with no additives, no preservatives, no blending. Our milling and sifting process allows us to retain the wheat’s naturally derived nutrition resulting in a subtle taste of richness. The fine texture of our flour allows for a wide range of baking possibilities.
